Social housing building for rental by young people, completely prefabricated and featuring a sustainable design from the outset of the project. Each colour opening corresponds to a unique 38m2 housing unit. The core of the project is natural ventilation. Interior courtyard, and facade/interior vents. The summer temperature of the housing units is reduced by five degrees.
